Benefits of Private Prenatal Yoga SessionsWell, here I am 7 and 1/2 months pregnant and still feeling awesome! Practicing yoga is one of the best things you can do pre and post baby! I practiced and taught throughout my whole 9-month pregnancy (all three in fact!) and it was a wonderful experience. Prenatal yoga helps with relaxation (something your body desperately needs when it's working over-time), strengthening (needed to help you carry the extra weight!), flexibility (can help with the aches and pains of pregnancy), and of course, visualizing and breathing (you will need during labor and delivery!)
One-on-one private sessions provide you with a practice that can be tailored to your individual needs, with your own instructor, and built based on how you are feeling that particular day...because face it, when you're pregnant you will feel different from moment to moment! Postpartum sessions will be held very similarly to prenatal, as your body is still healing from labor and delivery. Feel free to have your new bundle of joy join us for the session, or take some much needed time to yourself. Whatever works for you! |
