Power, Vinyasa and Restorative YogaPower Yoga challenges your mind, body and breath. This is a great practice for someone who wants to build strength, endurance, and to tone their bodies. In Vinyasa Yoga, we will string together poses and connect your breath to the movement. We will flow through the practice at an appropriate pace for you. Restorative Yoga will help you calm your body and mind. There will be less poses than in Vinyasa but you will hold the poses for a longer period of time.
We can mix the practices if you'd like and to make it fit what's best for you! |
