Yoga is especially helpful for kids with special needs such as: ADHD, anxiety, ODD, OCD, physical disabilities, etc. My experience in Special Education has given me the ability to work with various needs. Incorporating mindfulness practices, becoming aware of breath and learning ways to cope with emotions through yoga is great for everyone. Practicing yoga with your children teaches healthy and peaceful habits at a young age. |
